Joe D. Owner / Founder of Crown Motorz

Joe DeJesus is a Las Vegas native. He cut his teeth riding and racing dirt bikes in Southern Nevada and Southern California back when there were more than just Japanese bikes in the game. Joe ran a lot of races in his younger years, including the historic Mint 400, Barstow to Vegas, Moapa to Vegas, Adelanto GP, Elsinore Grand Prix. This was back in the day when off road racing was the greatest form of racing on the West Coast, before the bureaucrats shut it down. Joe's weapons of choice at the races were either a Husqvarna 400 8-speed, Husqvarna 400 6-speed, or a Husqvarna 250 Mag. Once Joe stopped racing he started collecting and restoring the vintage dirt bikes that he used to race as a kid. Restorations include approximately 20 early (pre 1970) Husky's, CZ's, Rickman's, Bultaco's, Triumphs, and many more. In early 2005 Joe and his son-in-law, Brock, decided to have a little fun and try their hands at building choppers and bobbers. As you can see from the site, they got a little carried away and now you have...........Crown Motorz.

Brock. Co-builder / head shop sweeper

Brock was born and raised in Las Vegas. He has always been interested in motorcycles, vintage racing and BMX, so it was only natural that he fit right in with Joe. Brock got most of his experience getting dirty and learning the "hard way" on Crown Motorz first few builds. Once Brock thought he had the hang of it he built "Hard Luck" a no frills no bullshit Panhead built in an OG Harley frame. Brock hopes to continue building the Crown Motorz name into a force to be reckoned with on the West Coast.

We hope you will sign up on our blog to share your bench racing stories and just plain stay in touch. And if it aint pinned you're going to slow
